MAIN COURSE

Our carefully selected meats are cooked to order over charcoal embers. This cooking method imparts an unparalleled aroma to the food. The fat drips onto the embers, producing light smoke that rises up to the meat, giving it a distinctive flavor!

    Fiorentina steak of about 1100 gr of Black Angus Ireland Premium. Obtained from the loin, it is a carefully selected meat of female cattle, which has never given birth, aged between 15 and 22 months. Its destiny is to be cooked on the grill. Recommended cooking: rare or medium.

    Rib steak of about 600 gr of Black Angus. It is one of the finest meats in the world, it is an ancient breed bred in a semi-wild state on the Scottish prairies. Then also introduced on the Irish island thanks to its favorable climate and immense green meadows. The marbling of the meat, the thin veins of fat that melt during cooking, make the meat soft and with an intense flavour. Recommended cooking: rare or medium.

Our pizzas

Handcrafted, with a dough rich in water and low in yeast, and a long maturation process. We only use organic, stone-ground flour. Our tomatoes are harvested and processed in the Sarnese countryside, a Slow Food presidium since 2000.  

Try our rustic dough with multigrain flour: rye, barley, rice, oats, and… sunflower seeds, flax, barley, and sesame seeds.
